On Holiday
Marjoniemi offers you the ideal setting for a successful holiday. Log cabins, holiday cottages, beach, sauna and everything else that is needed for a true holiday. For the active holidaymaker, Marjoniemi offers various opportunities: fishing, adventure, atmospheric evening parties, dancing, boating excursions and canoeing, just to mention few. Not far from the Manor, horse-back riding and golfing facilities are also available.

In the winter, you can take part in snowmobile safari or go cross-country skiing on well-maintained trails in the pure nature surrounding the Manor. Program and guide services are provided to suit your needs.

The Hotel-Restaurant Katariinan Kartano
The full-boarded manor restaurant offers you the best of the Finnish cuisine in a cosy environment. The restaurants offers seats for 250 customers, including the terrace. The manor restaurant is fully licenced. Upstairs there are three hotel rooms, one of which is a bridal suite. Upstairs there is room for eight people altogether. The hotel offers accommodation for 14 people, including extra beds.

Luxury Chalets
The luxury chalets at Marjoniemi provide everything you need for a perfect holiday. The two 8-person cabins (60 m2) are each equipped with sauna, shower, toilet, kitchen, fireplace, tv and bed linen. The luxury chalets are situated on the South beach of the beautiful Lake Pyhäjärvi, offering excellent swimming possibilities. The location of the chalets is ideal for families with children: a cildren's playground and a childfriendly beach are situated right next to the cabins. The breathtaking lake scenery of the 29-acre holiday resort is complemented by its well-maintained garden.

Activities at Marjoniemi
Marjoniemi offers a wide range of opportunities for different kinds of activities. The crystal-clear Lake Pyhäjärvi is rich in fish, and boating excursions around the lake provide unforgettable experiences. We arrange guided tours in the area of the Lake Pyhäjärvi. There are numerous beautiful islands with an opportunity to go ashore and hike in the wilderness. You can also get acquainted with different aspects of salmon fishing, ranging from the actual catch to preparing a delicious smoked salmon meal.

Traditional Finnish dance music guarantees a night with special ambience evening at the Marjoniemi dance pavillion.

Further attractions in the Pyhäjärvi are not far from Marjoniemi. Either by water or by land, these can be reached in no more than 30 minutes.
